The training will cover essential principles of work zone safety outlined in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) manual, with a particular focus on identifying and preventing hazardous conditions. The course will provide a comprehensive understanding of the correct signals and safe flagging techniques that comply with New York regulations, including flagging procedures and the proper utilization of necessary equipment.
